At the seminar, delegates shared many presentations and experiences from digital transformation practices in the field of journalism and communication. In particular, the presentation content on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in radio and television activities received attention, with typical examples from Vietnam Television such as using AI to edit videos, censor content, detect copyright, create metadata and personalize content according to user behavior.
Delegates also raised issues on training and fostering the development of a team of digital journalists - a key factor for the development of journalism in the digital age; challenges and solutions to carry out digital transformation tasks at local press agencies; issues raised about managing professional ethics of journalists; strategies for using artificial intelligence AI in journalism activities...

From that reality, delegates agreed that to successfully transform digital journalism, it is necessary to synchronously implement many solutions: Building a modern digital media center, investing in training a team of reporters and editors with digital skills; cooperating with technology enterprises to build infrastructure and apply AI and Big Data in content production; innovating the journalism financial model and promoting socialization.
Concluding the discussion, the representative of Hai Phong Center for Journalism and Communication affirmed: Digital transformation is not simply about digitizing content, but a comprehensive change in organizational model, production process, content distribution and interaction with the public. This is not a choice, but an inevitable requirement for the press to survive and develop in the digital age.
