Social Insurance Region XXVIII announces decision on personnel work

BPO - On June 4, Social Insurance Region XXVIII held a ceremony to announce the change of management positions for directors and deputy directors of social insurance (SI) in districts and towns in Binh Phuoc province under Social Insurance Region XXVIII.

Accordingly, Director of Social Insurance Region XXVIII Pham Minh Thanh handed over decisions to change the titles of 6 management officials as directors and 17 management officials as deputy directors of Social Insurance of districts and towns under Social Insurance of Binh Phuoc province to directors and deputy directors of Social Insurance of districts and towns under Social Insurance Region XXVIII. At the same time, he handed over decisions to appoint for a fixed term 5 officials managing professional departments under Social Insurance Region XXVIII.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of Social Insurance Region XXVIII Pham Minh Thanh said that from June 1, 2025, Dong Nai Social Insurance and Binh Phuoc Social Insurance will merge into Social Insurance Region XXVIII. Although the number of managers, civil servants and employees is greater than before, the management titles remain unchanged, only the new names have been changed. Currently, we are in the transitional period of "running and queuing", so all managers, civil servants and employees need to be proactive and flexible to adapt to the new situation. In particular, Social Insurance Region XXVIII currently manages a large area, has a large population, and high revenue, so it is necessary to overcome difficulties, promote capacity, and work intelligence with 200% of effort to complete all assigned tasks well.
