Accordingly, units synthesize the demand, register the number of junior high school diploma blanks and send them to the Department of Quality Management for synthesis and registration with the Ministry of Education and Training . Units make a list, arrange, store, and carefully preserve the records of diploma and certificate management, especially the original books, copies, and decisions on granting diplomas and certificates. Absolutely do not lose or misplace records and data on diplomas and certificates when streamlining the apparatus, arranging administrative units, and organizing 2-level local governments. Completion time is before June 13, 2025.

The Provincial Center for VocationalEducation and Continuing Education shall build and promptly update the database of certificates of exams under its management authority; at the same time, digitize data on information on issued certificates. The time to complete the data digitization is before May 30, 2025.
