Update citizen identification information on land use right certificate

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just issued a plan to propagate and mobilize people to carry out administrative procedures to register changes in land use and assets attached to land due to changes in information of the person granted the certificate in Da Nang city to update information and citizen identification number instead of identity card into the land database.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment announced and requested people to carry out land change registration procedures to update information from identity cards to citizen identification cards on land use rights certificates and property ownership rights attached to land.

Updating this information is necessary to ensure the consistency and accuracy of land data, effectively serve state management and facilitate people in real estate transactions. To carry out the procedure for registering changes in information, people should contact the Land Registration Office Branch in the district where the land is located for detailed instructions on the documents and implementation process as well as to complete the procedures.

Specialized staff will enthusiastically assist people in completing the necessary procedures. The Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that all people who have been granted citizen identification cards proactively update information on land use rights certificates and property ownership certificates attached to land as soon as possible to ensure the legitimate rights of people and contribute to the transparency and efficiency of land management in the city.
