Tri Ton organizes a peak period of fighting against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods

On May 29, the Tri Ton district interdisciplinary inspection team launched a peak campaign to inspect trade fraud and counterfeit goods.

Accordingly, the delegation will conduct inspections at the market center and production and business establishments in the district; National Highway N1, Provincial Road 948, Provincial Road 958, Provincial Road 955B; waterways belonging to Vinh Te canal, Tam Ngan canal, DH.80 canal... to inspect and prevent smuggling in the border areas of Vinh Gia and Lac Quoi communes, communes that are transit areas to the interior, such as: Chau Lang, Le Tri, Luong An Tra, Vinh Phuoc...

The delegation focused on inspecting the production, trade, transportation, and business of prohibited goods, smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, goods that do not ensure food safety; acts of commercial fraud... The peak inspection period is 1 month.

The launch of a peak period of inspections on trade fraud and counterfeit goods aims to ensure market stability and smooth circulation of goods; fight against and repel crimes of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and infringement of intellectual property rights, contributing to ensuring security and order, and protecting the legitimate rights of the people.
