Cat Tien 3 democratic dialogue, timely resolution of people's livelihood issues

On the morning of October 28, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune (Lam Dong) organized a direct dialogue conference between the heads of Party committees, authorities and the people in the area.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cat Tien 3 commune, affirmed that through dialogue, the Party committee and the government have a stronger basis to adjust policies and guidelines to better suit the reality, promote unity, and create social consensus in the process of local development.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Van Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Tran Quang Truong, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Vo Van Tinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, along with leaders of departments, branches, mass organizations, Party branch secretaries, village heads and representatives of all strata of the people in the area.

At the conference, the commune leaders provided an overview of the socio-economic development, national defense and security, and Party building and political system work during the first nine months of 2025; clearly outlining the achievements, difficulties, and obstacles encountered in the process of reorganizing the administrative apparatus, while also outlining key tasks and solutions for the future.

The dialogue took place in a frank, democratic, and open atmosphere. Residents raised many opinions and suggestions related to practical issues in their lives, such as: administrative procedures concerning land, upgrading rural roads, improving irrigation canals, managing agricultural supplies, providing clean water, environmental sanitation, as well as investing in infrastructure for health stations and cultural and sports facilities in villages and hamlets.

All opinions were received, discussed in detail, and clearly addressed by the commune leaders right at the meeting, thereby demonstrating a spirit of listening and responsibility in resolving people's issues.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, acknowledged the constructive, frank, and responsible spirit of the people; and emphasized that through dialogue, the Party Committee and the government have a stronger basis to promptly adjust policies and guidelines to suit practical realities, promote unity, create social consensus, and contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality.

This dialogue conference has contributed to strengthening and consolidating the close relationship between the Party, the government, and the people; creating positive changes in leadership, direction, and management, and promptly resolving issues of concern to the people, thereby aiming towards the goal of building Cat Tien 3 commune into an increasingly civilized, comprehensively developed, and sustainable community.
