Cat Tien: Opening of summer activities in 2023

(LĐ online) - On June 3, the People's Committee of Cat Tien district organized the Summer Opening Ceremony, Children's Olympic Day and Launched the 2023 National Swimming Training Campaign to Prevent Drowning in the area.

Cat Tien District Youth Union cooperates with units to train safe swimming skills associated with proactive prevention of accidents and injuries for children.

The festival attracted the participation of many cadres, union members, youth, people from all walks of life and more than 300 students from schools in Cat Tien district.
According to the People's Committee of Cat Tien district, during the Month of Action for Children in 2023, authorities at all levels and organizations in the district will focus on organizing many useful activities for children, meeting their needs for healthy entertainment and learning, such as disseminating contents on the Law on Children, child protection, care and education; organizing consulting and introduction activities for teenagers to participate in skill clubs, develop talents; training in safe swimming skills associated with proactive prevention of accidents and injuries for children, etc.
The activities will peak in June and throughout the summer, aiming to create a healthy and beneficial playground for team members and children to have conditions for comprehensive physical and mental development.
