At the end of April, the Thanh Ha District Labor Federation organized legal consultation at Hoa Hong Garment Company Limited. Many issues related to retirement, maternity, health insurance, salary and bonus, etc. were discussed enthusiastically by the workers. Officials of the District Labor Federation and the District Social Insurance directly answered and resolved each difficulty and problem of the workers. Some opinions of the workers on the treatment regime were also received and resolved appropriately by the enterprise right at the conference.

"Previously, we were informed by the District Labor Federation about the Law on Cyber ​​Security and how to prevent fraud in cyberspace. These activities have helped union members and employees in the enterprise raise awareness of legal policies. From there, we proactively protect our legitimate rights and interests, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh, a worker at Hoa Hong Garment Company Limited.

Makalot Vietnam Garment Company Limited is the enterprise with the largest number of employees in Thanh Ha district. With 7,000 staff and workers, the company is very interested in solving difficulties and problems for workers. Since its establishment, Makalot has established a Dialogue Board with the task of consulting and answering questions related to legal policies for union members and workers. The company's union has also established groups on Zalo community to propagate and disseminate new regulations and policies. At production workshops, the enterprise also arranges visual propaganda areas to hang billboards and posters on fire prevention, traffic safety, high-tech crime, etc. to warn and guide workers to strictly comply.

Ms. Pham Thi Uyen, President of the Trade Union of Makalot Garment Company Limited, said that every year, the company coordinates with the district's functional agencies to organize dialogues, training sessions, and propaganda sessions on legal policies for employees. Thanks to that, over the years, the security and order situation, labor safety and hygiene at the company have always been ensured, without labor disputes or collective strikes. The company's officers and workers strictly comply with road traffic laws and company regulations.

According to Mr. Le Dinh Diem, Chairman of the Thanh Ha District Labor Federation, bringing legal policies to workers and businesses is urgent to build a harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relationship. When workers are equipped with legal knowledge, they will proactively protect their legitimate rights and limit related violations. Businesses are also aware of their rights and obligations to strictly implement regulations, contributing to building a professional and safe working environment.

"Legal documents are often very long and dry. Therefore, trade unions must know how to simplify these regulations so that union members and workers can easily understand and implement them," said Mr. Diem.

Thanks to the good work of propaganda and dissemination of laws, TBT Garment Company has maintained positive labor relations for many years. The difficulties and problems of employees have been received and resolved promptly and effectively by the company's Board of Directors. The lives of employees have been increasingly improved thanks to the company's good treatment policies.

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thuy, Chairwoman of TBT Garment Company Limited, said that the company currently has 350 employees with an income of about 8 million VND/person/month. In recent years, the awareness of law compliance of officers, employees and workers has changed positively. Most people comply with company regulations, strictly follow labor safety regulations and do not violate the law. These changes have contributed to building the image of a civilized, disciplined and responsible enterprise towards the community.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Federation of Labor, in recent times, trade unions at all levels in Thanh Ha district have proactively innovated content, diversified forms of propaganda, and disseminated legaleducation to a large number of union members and workers. Many grassroots unions have actively promoted digital transformation, applying social networking platforms to update new legal knowledge. These are practical actions to help union members and workers feel secure in working, producing, and complying with legal regulations.
