70th Anniversary TV Show of the North's Regroupment: A Tribute to the Previous Generation

At 8:10 p.m. on November 16, a television program commemorating the 70th anniversary of the North's regrouping will take place at three locations: Hai Phong - Thanh Hoa - Ca Mau and will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television. This special program is organized to commemorate the merits and sacrifices of the previous generation, who contributed to building the foundation of independence, freedom and prosperity for the nation.

The event was attended by senior leaders of the Party and State, about 2,000 - 3,000 historical witnesses, artists, actors and a large number of people at each bridge. The program aimed to remember the historical milestones of the nation, with the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations to achieve peace , independence, happiness and prosperity of the nation. At the same time, it highlighted the significance of the gathering event to the North, marking a historical shift of forces contributing to the struggle for national reunification. The decision to send cadres, soldiers and children of compatriots from the South demonstrated the profound strategic vision of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party Central Committee in creating a foundation for building the North, consolidating forces for the struggle for national reunification.

According to journalist - director Nguyen Hoang Long, Director of the Documentary Center, Vietnam Television, the television program "Deep Love and Heavy Meaning" will bring a profound message about the close relationship between the North and the South. The historical lessons from this event will continue to be a driving force for socio-economic development, affirming Vietnam's position in the international arena.

The TV show "Deep Love and Heavy Meaning" consists of three parts: Desire for Unification, A Long Line of Faith and Glory to Vietnam. The program is held at three main locations: Monument "The Train to the North" (Ca Mau), Monument "The Train to the North" (Thanh Hoa) and Hai Phong Opera House. The outdoor stage with creative design will create a special visual effect for the audience.

In Ca Mau, the government and functional units are rushing to complete the final items in Song Doc town, Tran Van Thoi district. The monument area is decorated with documents, pictures and artifacts related to the 1954 gathering event. Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai emphasized the requirement to arrange the stage reasonably and carefully check all items to ensure absolute safety.

In Thanh Hoa, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan directed the coordination with Vietnam Television to carefully prepare for this important event. He also emphasized the need to ensure order, hygiene and landscape at the venue, in order to create a deep impression on the audience.

The Hai Phong bridge will take place at the Opera House Square, with the participation of famous artists and performances evoking the spirit of solidarity and determination to unify the country.

The program promises to bring many deep emotions to the audience, especially those whose relatives participated in this historic movement. This is also an opportunity for the next generation to express gratitude to the previous generation and remind each individual to make more efforts for the development of the country.
