Previously, according to press reports, after landing at Tan Son Nhat Airport in the early morning of June 15, many passengers had to wait 40 minutes in the telescopic corridor because airport staff were slow to open the door.
Specifically, a passenger said he had just taken a Bamboo Airways flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. The plane took off at 10:50 p.m. on June 14 and landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport at 0:20 a.m. on June 15.
After landing, the pilot brought the plane to the T1 terminal's ramp, and passengers did not have to take the shuttle bus. However, when leaving the plane and going through the ramp, the pilot, flight attendants, and all the passengers were stuck at the end of the hallway because a glass door had not been opened. This passenger also shared that after about 40 minutes, a person wearing an aviation security uniform and an airline employee came to open the door. The incident made many passengers upset and tired, especially late at night.
