In the 2020 - 2025 term, Khatoco has embarked on implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of the Corporation in the context of the severe impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, causing disruptions in the global production and supply chain; economic and political fluctuations in the world have directly impacted the domestic situation; inflation, high raw material costs, increased interest rates, while purchasing power is weak... These have greatly affected the production and business activities of enterprises. Khatoco - with the position of the largest enterprise in the province, continuously standing in the group of large enterprises in Vietnam has united, proactively and creatively to firmly overcome difficulties and challenges, bringing the parent company - subsidiary Khatoco to stable development, towards higher and more sustainable goals to contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

Mr. Tran Minh Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Members, General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation shared: “In the first years of the term, despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and economic and political fluctuations in the world, Khatoco has always completed at the highest level the targets set by the Resolution of the 11th Congress. From 2022 to now, despite many difficulties, Khatoco has exceeded the annual targets such as: Consolidated revenue in 2022 reached VND 8,055 billion, exceeding 7.4%; in 2023 reached VND 8,902 billion, exceeding 18.7%; in 2024 reached VND 9,100 billion, exceeding 21.3%. State budget contribution (according to 3 types of taxes) in 2022 reached VND 2,954 billion, exceeding 9.4%; in 2023 reached 3,228 billion VND, exceeding 19.5%; in 2024 it will reach 3,394 billion VND, exceeding 25.7%. Export turnover in 2023 will reach 56.3 million USD, exceeding 12.6%; in 2024 it will reach 60.3 million USD, exceeding 20.5%. In addition, equity capital is always preserved and developed thanks to the annual production and business results that always bring profits.

Not only that, Khatoco also focuses on implementing the restructuring and equitization of state-owned enterprises; investing in and innovating technological equipment, applying science and technology, improving competitiveness and international integration; actively building and implementing corporate culture with 3 core values ​​"Proactive - Creative - Effective"; actively performing social responsibility with many practical and meaningful activities with a total amount of over 45 billion VND. In addition, Khatoco also implements many policies to care for, treat, and create a favorable working environment for employees; ensuring jobs for employees with an average income of 13.5 million VND/person/month; launching a creative labor emulation movement with 94 initiatives and 428 solutions to rationalize production, creating benefits of 32.6 billion VND during the term.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Khanh Viet Corporation sets the following goals: Average growth in consolidated revenue of 10%/year (average of over 13,000 billion VND/year); fully fulfilling the obligation to pay the state budget, with the payment of 3 types of taxes in Khanh Hoa province increasing by 5%/year (average of over 3,800 billion VND/year); annual export turnover reaching 60 million USD or more; average income of employees over 13.5 million VND/person/month; equity capital is preserved and developed. In addition, the unit focuses on investing in modern technology equipment, applying information technology, digital transformation in production and business; completing the equitization work in accordance with the policies, roadmap, and time required by the province...

Mr. Tran Minh Quang shared: To effectively carry out the tasks of developing production and business, in the coming period, for the key tobacco industry, Khatoco will apply science and technology to improve, enhance quality, diversify products, reduce costs, lower prices; improve cultivation techniques, research blending, control quality to ensure stable raw materials, low prices, meet production needs; apply advanced technologies, synchronize management, organization methods to effectively operate the system, distribution network nationwide, expand forms of cooperation, seek domestic and foreign suppliers and partners to reduce input costs and increase export efficiency...

For the garment and fashion industry, Khatoco strives for an average annual growth of 5% in revenue and domestic consumption output; annual export value of over 3.5 million USD/year; ensuring stable employment for employees and effective operations. For the tourism service industry, the unit will maintain revenue and profit growth of 5%/year, focusing on improving the quality of existing products, training management capacity, expanding potential customer markets... For the livestock and leather industry, restructuring production, improving techniques, improving management capacity and labor skills. Khatoco has successfully developed the VietOstrich ostrich meat brand, moving towards building a diverse ecosystem of products, meeting domestic and export needs. For the infrastructure and real estate business, we will focus on completing the infrastructure of Trang E 2 Industrial Park to lease at least 80% of the area by 2030 and invest in Trang E 3 Industrial Park after Trang E 2 Industrial Park has reached 60% of its leased area. For the printing and packaging industry, we will strive to maintain an average growth rate of 5% per year in revenue and profit; invest in modern equipment lines, promote marketing activities, and research and bring green products to the market.
