At around 7:30 p.m., a fire broke out in a warehouse containing plastic and household goods belonging to a business in Xuan Tan Ward. Many employees used fire-fighting equipment on the spot but were unsuccessful.

Because the main materials were plastic and foam, the fire quickly spread, burned fiercely, and black smoke billowed high. People nearby helped to transport the property out, but it was too late, the iron frame and corrugated iron roof of the warehouse collapsed.

Dozens of firefighters, 8 fire trucks from Long Khanh City and neighboring districts such as Thong Nhat, Xuan Loc, and Cam My provided support. By 10 p.m., the fire was basically under control, preventing it from spreading to residential areas.
