House fire at dawn in Ho Chi Minh City, 3 people in 1 family died

According to witnesses, at around 2am on April 2, after a loud explosion, the fire quickly broke out fiercely. Hearing the shouts, people nearby rushed to put out the fire but were unsuccessful.

At that time, there were 8 people in the house, 5 people were lucky to escape, the remaining 3 people were trapped, including a man over 40 years old, a woman over 30 years old and a boy about 5 years old.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force - Ho Chi Minh City Police and related units arrived to control the fire. The fire fighting force divided into many teams to fight the fire from many directions, however, because the fire grew strongly and emitted a lot of smoke, the force encountered many difficulties when approaching.

The fire was completely extinguished at 2:40 a.m. the same day, however, the entire house was burned down, many properties, including three motorbikes and an electric bicycle, were left with only the frames. The rescue team approached the scene and discovered the bodies of three victims inside, including HAD born in 1979, LTBT born in 1988 and V.D.K born in 2019.

Currently, authorities are blocking off the scene and determining the cause.
