The night cruise street will operate daily from 5pm to 11pm, departing from Tuan Chau International Passenger Port, following tourist route No. 8 announced by Quang Ninh province in 2024: Tuan Chau - Ha Long International Cruise Port - Nam Cau Trang. This is a waterway highly appreciated for its landscape and potential for night tourism development.
On this journey, visitors will admire the brilliant beauty of Ha Long city at night, see the outstanding constructions along the shore, enjoy traditional art programs such as Quan Ho singing, water puppetry, love songs... along with a unique culinary space right on the cruise.

The service vehicles are all modern steel-hulled ships, newly built according to the policy of replacing old wooden ships to improve service quality and ensure absolute safety for tourists. This is part of the plan to implement Document 6588/UBND-XD2 dated September 12, 2019 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
Accompanying the Ha Long Cruise Ship Association, Tuan Chau International Passenger Port has also completed many items to enhance the experience for tourists, such as renovating the terminal and wharf systems, adding OCOP booths for shopping and introducing local specialties.
The cruise night street has been piloted at Ha Long International Passenger Port since 2022 and received many positive responses. Expanding this model in Tuan Chau not only maximizes the exploitation capacity of the cruise fleet but also contributes to the development of the night economy - a new direction with great potential for the tourism industry in Quang Ninh.
