According to the plan, the Examination Council will be located at the Department of Education and Training. The Examination Council will have 470 examination rooms (each room will have no more than 24 candidates); organized into 17 official examination sites (7 examination sites in Ca Mau City, 10 examination sites in districts (except Ngoc Hien District)) and 2 backup examination sites (in Ca Mau City). It is expected that nearly 1,800 people will serve the examination, of which the Department of Education and Training will mobilize more than 1,600 people, the police will mobilize 100 people and the health sector will mobilize 36 people.
To prepare conditions for the exam to take place as planned, the Department of Education and Training directed schools to perform their professional tasks well; promptly complete the facilities to serve the exam for the units selected to be the exam sites. Accordingly, from April 16-24, the Department of Education and Training organized a team to survey facilities for 22 schools to select exam sites; surveyed the Provincial ContinuingEducation Center to set up the Essay/Multiple-Choice Exam Scoring Board, Essay/Multiple-Choice Exam Review Board, the place to store exam papers of the exam sites transferred after the end of the last exam session; at the same time, directed schools to carry out the repair of equipment, classrooms... to serve the organization of the exam.
In the classrooms, desks, chairs, fans and lights are fully prepared.
Currently, in addition to proactively organizing review sessions for students and strengthening propaganda to students and parents about the importance of the exam, high schools where the exam sites are located have also proactively prepared their facilities. The schools conduct inspections, reviews, and assessments to promptly complete facilities and equipment to ensure the Council's work requirements before receiving and reporting the results to the Head of the Provincial Steering Committee.
Recorded at Ca Mau High School (Ca Mau City), is Test Site 03 with 35 test rooms, 840 candidates are students of Nguyen Viet Khai High School and some of the school's 12th grade students. In addition to reviewing knowledge, the school also organized full propaganda about the exam, exam schedule to students and parents to coordinate effectively in ensuring safety plans for candidates taking the exam.
Mr. Vo Thanh Hung, Principal of the school, said: “For this year’s exam, Exam Site 03 ensures enough exam rooms as prescribed. The school has a system of gates and fences around the school that are safe and solid; tables, chairs, curtains, electrical systems, lighting, and fans in the exam rooms are guaranteed to work well. Camera systems are arranged in the room for the Head of the Exam Site, the room to protect exam papers and test papers for the Deputy Head of the Site and the police, and a common office for the Council in accordance with regulations.”
In addition, after the year-end ceremony, the school directed teachers and students to clean the campus, classrooms, rearrange tables and chairs, check the sealed tables in the examination rooms, stick the examination room numbers, redo the diagram, communication system, and medical room. In particular, before the exam took place, the school contacted the electricity department to check the index, install additional lights and fans if damaged; check the water system; re-check the entire fire extinguisher system. "Basically, up to this point, the school has proactively and actively prepared all stages of facilities to ensure the exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations," Mr. Hung added.
Fire prevention and fighting equipment is fully equipped at Ly Van Lam High School.
Similarly, at Ly Van Lam High School (Ca Mau City), there are Examination Site 05 with 31 examination rooms, with 733 candidates from Phu Hung High School (Cai Nuoc District) and some 12th grade students of the school. Mr. Pham Van Nguyen, Vice Principal of the school, said that the school's current facilities meet the conditions for organizing the 2025 high school graduation exam. All classrooms are fully equipped with equipment and supplies according to regulations, with fans and lights installed to serve candidates. Along with that, the school has built a backup plan in case of bad weather so as not to affect the quality of the upcoming exam. To prepare well for the exam, the school has installed surveillance cameras in the room where the exam papers and exam papers are kept; at the same time, it will closely coordinate with the security force, especially in the stages of preserving and printing exam papers, and preserving candidates' work.
“After two inspections of the school’s facilities by the Department of Education and Training, the inspection team assessed the school as meeting the requirements and ready for the exam. Currently, all camera systems in the school’s classrooms and functional rooms are operating. When the exam takes place, the school will cover all cameras with light bulbs,” Mr. Nguyen shared.
Mr. Ta Thanh Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, informed: “The Ca Mau education sector is seriously implementing all stages related to organizing the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam. The Provincial Facilities Inspection Board has reviewed classrooms and equipment such as desks, chairs, lighting, etc. to promptly replace and repair damaged equipment. Basically, it ensures compliance with requirements, regulations, and readiness for the exam to take place.”

Regarding the security of exam papers, the Department of Education and Training has thoroughly instructed the printing staff, first of all, to raise the sense of responsibility and absolute confidentiality, then to fully prepare the rooms and cabinets for storing exam papers. In particular, all places for protecting exam papers, test papers, and grading exams have surveillance cameras; actively coordinate with the police to help organize the exam seriously.
With the full and thoughtful preparation of conditions for review work, facilities, human resources... for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, it has demonstrated the determination of the Education and Training sector to achieve the highest results in the exam. Currently, the Department continues to send forces to inspect the preparation work for the national high school graduation exam at schools and testing sites.
