Coming to Sing!Asia 2025, Phuong My Chi said that all the performances were built like a story, where music and images tell the story of Vietnam. Each time she stands on stage, Phuong My Chi expresses the national identity through the language of art.
"From the moment I accepted to join the program, Chi knew this would be a very special journey, so I was always present in the music production stages, hoping to put my heart into each song. From choosing the song, working with the DTAP brothers to every small detail such as staging, choosing costumes... everything was prepared more carefully than ever.
Because for Chi, every time she stands on stage to perform is a precious opportunity to show international friends that Vietnam is a beautiful, culturally rich and very hospitable country" - the female singer confided.
Since the album "The Universe of Flying Storks" with a series of products bearing the spirit of contemporary folklore, Phuong My Chi has increasingly defined the image of a young artist who is steadfast in her own style, always placing traditional cultural elements at the center of all artistic choices.
From within the country, the female singer gradually reached the international market. Her participation in Sing!Asia 2025 continues the journey of spreading Vietnamese culture to the world through music - a language without borders. Chinese media calls Phuong My Chi "the miracle of Oriental folk music".
From the image of a little girl singing folk songs on a TV show many years ago, Phuong My Chi has gradually matured and shaped her own artistic path: steadfast in traditional music and the ideal of bringing folk music to the world in a natural, sincere and sustainable way.
