Permission to survey and establish investment project for Ba Voi Eco-tourism Area

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow Doha Tourism and Investment Trading Company Limited to conduct research, survey and develop a proposal for the Ba Voi Eco-tourism Area investment project in Dakrong district, Quang Tri province.

During the research and project documentation process, the Company is requested to adhere to legal regulations, planning, and development orientations of relevant industries and fields for implementation. The survey and research period is 3 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee issues a written approval of the policy; after the research period, if the enterprise does not submit the project proposal to the competent state agency, this document will expire.

The consideration and selection of investors will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of law. The Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center will be assigned to coordinate and support Doha Investment, Trade and Tourism Company Limited in researching and working with relevant agencies and units to survey and determine investment locations, prepare project proposal documents and submit them to competent authorities for appraisal and approval in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Finance reviews the financial capacity and experience of investors in the service - tourism sector to advise, guide and support investors in having orientation and options to choose suitable investment sectors. Relevant departments, branches and sectors and the People's Committee of Dakrong district are responsible for supporting Doha Tourism and Investment Trading Company Limited in accessing information on planning, land and researching, surveying the area planned for implementation and preparing project proposal documents in accordance with regulations.

It is known that Ba Voi waterfall is located right below Voi Mep mountain peak in Huong Hiep commune, Dakrong district, one of the unique landmarks and landscapes at the source of Hieu river. This place has majestic beauty, fresh climate, located in the middle of almost primeval forests, diverse ecosystem combined with unique culture of Pa Ko - Van Kieu ethnic people.

Therefore, Ba Voi waterfall has all the favorable factors to build a potential eco-tourism area, contributing to the protection of natural resources, promoting the cultural identity of ethnic minorities.... Currently, the province is calling for businesses to invest and exploit this tourist area.
