Actively receive tree maintenance from districts

Applying science and technology in tree management (digital data according to the urban tree GIS project); researching to propose applications of science and technology techniques to serve tree management; tree pruning needs to be studied to limit pruning of lower canopies, ensuring coverage; cutting of upper canopies should be done to limit falling during storms; or in the work of supporting and erecting, new solutions are needed.

At the same time, promptly overcome and completely resolve difficulties to hand over green tree items at projects in the city constructed by the Parks - Green Trees Company; strengthen management and exploitation of nursery and green tree assets. Coordinate with the Infrastructure Management Department (Department of Construction) on statistics and evaluation of investment and development of parks and walking gardens in the city.

In the coming time, in addition to the work of maintaining trees, the company needs to improve its capacity and contents related to the functions and tasks of the company in performing maintenance and repair of construction items in parks and walking gardens to meet the general development trend of society (because currently, parks and walking gardens include flower beds, lawns, trees, construction items, etc.).

Review records, carry out legal procedures on land for assets that the company is managing and using according to regulations; ensure strictness, avoid future problems. It is necessary to proactively expand service providers (such as businesses, schools, etc.), increase the proportion of revenue from production and service business activities to create revenue for the unit and have solutions to enhance professionalism, develop the brand to other customers, etc.
