(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of May 5, Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, visited, inspected, and encouraged the forces practicing to participate in the team review in the Ceremony to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025.
