Also attending were the Deputy Heads of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, the City's Association for Promoting Education, reporters from the City Party Committee, Propaganda Departments of District Party Committees, Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee, political and social organizations, and a number of armed units in the city.

Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Hoang Van Duc informed about the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

At the Conference, the reporters informed and propagated the implementation of Resolution No. 19-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hai Phong city in 2025; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee on the merger of Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city. Also at the Conference, the leaders of the City Association for the Promotion of Education deployed the content of the article "Lifelong Learning" by General Secretary To Lam and the leaders of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department oriented propaganda work in the coming time.

Comrade Pham Van Thep, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, gave a speech on propaganda orientation.

Speaking on the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee emphasized: Propaganda work needs to focus on important policies and tasks of the country and the city. In particular, affirming and clarifying the historical stature and strategic significance of the decisions at the 11th Central Conference (13th term) in the new revolutionary period of the country; the practical implementation process in localities, sectors and fields. In particular, focusing on propagating and thoroughly grasping a number of key tasks that need to be focused on implementing regarding the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units from now until June 30 according to Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat with a spirit of urgency, proactiveness, ensuring progress and requirements. Along with that is the propaganda work of preparing and organizing party congresses at all levels according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo, paying attention to the work of preparing personnel, electing party committees, and closely following the timelines. In parallel with the tasks of propagating the above important decisions, the city-wide Propaganda and Mass Mobilization system and the team of reporters continue to spread positive information about the economic and social results in the first 5 months of the year, thereby arousing the spirit of solidarity, joint efforts, and consensus of the entire political system and people of localities determined to complete the targets set in 2025./.
