The Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Front has been transferred to the position of Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee.

Ms. Pham Thi Han, Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, has been transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On February 13th, the Standing Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement decisions on personnel matters at the Dong Hoi City Party Committee. Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were Mr. Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Ms. Pham Thi Han, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and representatives from relevant departments, agencies, and localities.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Head of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment, and appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Han, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Presenting the decision, giving a congratulatory speech, and assigning tasks to the new Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, affirmed the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Ms. Pham Thi Han.

The Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee expressed his hope that, in her new position, Ms. Pham Thi Han would demonstrate a sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box, act boldly, and take responsibility, setting an example together with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee to build a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized city.

In her acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee, Pham Thi Han, thanked the Provincial Party Standing Committee for entrusting her with this new responsibility.

The new Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee pledged to uphold a sense of responsibility and work together with the collective to actively lead and direct the successful completion of tasks. The immediate priority is to streamline and reorganize the city's political system to be more efficient, effective, and effective.
