Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directed to tighten real estate management, prevent "land brokers"

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has just issued a directive requesting relevant departments, branches, the Provincial Police and People's Committees at all levels to tighten management of real estate brokerage activities, resolutely prevent "land brokers" and improve the efficiency of handling administrative procedures related to land.

This directive was issued in the context of complicated developments of illegal real estate brokerage activities, especially in areas with planning information or investment project implementation. This situation has caused many negative consequences such as market information disruption, creating "virtual fever" in land prices, arising disputes, violating construction order, seriously affecting the investment environment and security and order in the locality.

In addition, after the two-level local government officially came into operation and in the process of handling administrative procedures on land (especially the issuance/re-issuance of Land Use Right Certificates for households and individuals) according to Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP regulating the decentralization of authority of two-level local government, decentralization and decentralization in the land sector in communes, wards and Phu Quy special zone still encountered some difficulties and problems.

To promptly rectify, prevent and handle these situations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed local authorities at all levels to strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle cases of real estate brokers without a license to practice, and at the same time publicly and transparently disclose information on planning and land use plans, licensed investment projects in the management area... to limit speculation and price inflation.

At the same time, research and arrange for officials to act as focal points at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center, responsible for transferring and receiving documents, in order to shorten processing time, aiming to best serve the people.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial Police to focus on investigating and strictly handling brokers who commit fraud, gather crowds causing disorder, as well as destroy illegal real estate brokerage lines on social networks.

The Department of Construction strengthens inspection and examination of real estate brokerage establishments and strictly handles violations according to the provisions of law.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with localities to inspect, prevent and promptly handle acts of illegal leveling, subdivision and conversion of agricultural land use purposes.

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also directed the Provincial Land Registration Office to coordinate with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to unify and guide the use of one-stop electronic software, creating convenience for people and businesses in the process of handling administrative procedures related to land.
