On June 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) officially opened the Biztech 2025 Conference and Exhibition with the theme "Optimization - Breakthrough Growth with AI Agents."
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Chairman of VINASA said that Resolution 68 of the Politburo affirmed that the private economy is the most important driving force of the economy. Vietnam aims to have 2 million enterprises by 2030, contributing about 55-58% of GDP, 35-40% of total state budget revenue, creating jobs for about 84-85% of the total workforce, and labor productivity increasing by an average of 8.5-9.5% per year.
"For a country to grow, the driving force is enterprises. If enterprises want to grow and optimize breakthrough growth, they must rely on science , technology and innovation. Never before have science, technology and digital transformation been placed in a central position like today in the national development strategy, especially Resolution 57. Science, technology, digital transformation and innovation are the core of all issues."
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, the world is changing dramatically under the impact of artificial intelligence (AI). Vietnam has also identified AI, especially generative AI, as one of the strategic technologies to focus on developing.
The widespread application of AI in businesses today requires workers to change and adapt. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, AI does not take away anyone's job, but people must change and equip themselves to work with machines. Applying AI is not just about buying technology but a comprehensive restructuring process, requiring innovative thinking and transformation from the human team within the business.

Biztech 2025 is an annual event organized by VINASA from 2023, with the goal of becoming a bridge to share knowledge, experience, and digital transformation solutions in the fields of operations, management, and business management.
The program takes place over two days, June 3-4, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the Organizing Committee, in addition to the program introducing AI products and technology solutions applied to the business sector, Biztech 2025 focuses on guiding AI skills to help increase personal productivity, thereby helping individuals and businesses quickly access the trend of applying AI Agents.
