However, there are currently no apartments for sale at that price.
“The house I am living in was even offered to be bought by a resident here for 2.4 billion VND (about 38.7 million VND/m2),” said this woman.

According to many brokers, the lowest price currently being offered is over 1.7 billion VND. This house has an area of 56 m2 and is located on the 41st floor. The rest, most of the apartments for sale will cost from 1.8 - 3.1 billion VND, equivalent to about 39 - 41 million VND/m2.
