Chuong My honors 29 excellent workers

On the morning of April 26, Chuong My district launched the "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene and Workers' Month 2025", honoring 29 excellent workers.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Chuong My District Labor Federation Nguyen Hop Tien said that over the past years, trade unions at all levels in the area have been very active in organizing activities in response to the "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene and Workers' Month", such as: "Skilled worker" contest, "Skill training", "Golden hands", attracting thousands of workers to participate. In addition, the grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector also promote activities to support workers in difficult circumstances, organize collective birthdays for union members, tours for workers, workers' singing festivals...

The trade unions at all levels of Chuong My district coordinate with employers to focus on training on occupational safety and hygiene for union members, safety officers and workers. Every year, the Labor Federation and district agencies visit and give gifts to workers, civil servants and laborers in difficult circumstances, those with serious illnesses or occupational accidents.

In addition to promoting solidarity and improving skills, the “Month of Action on Labor Safety and Hygiene and Workers' Month” is also an opportunity to effectively propagate the Party and State's policies and laws on labor safety and hygiene; encourage, motivate and honor excellent workers...

Promoting the achieved results, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Chuong My district, Bui Manh Thang, requested that agencies, units and enterprises in the district during the "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene and Workers' Month 2025" have 100% of grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector launch emulation movements and organize competitions "Skill training", "Skilled worker competition" and technical demonstrations; 100% of grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector summarize and commend "Skilled workers" at the grassroots level; 90% or more of workers respond to participate in competitions "Skill training", "Skilled worker competition" and technical demonstrations...

On this occasion, Chuong My district honored 29 excellent workers and gave gifts to 25 workers in difficult circumstances.
