2. Promotion period

The promotion program runs from 00:00 on May 6, 2025 to 23:59 on June 30, 2025. The program may end earlier than expected when the number of gifts runs out according to the program rules.

3. Products applicable to promotion

4. Applicable subjects:

All consumers purchase products from SUNHOUSE's authorized distribution system in the Northern & Central regions.

5. Program content

- Customers who purchase SUNHOUSE APEX 5-blade - 6-blade ceiling fan during the program and successfully activate the warranty will immediately receive a gift of Cool Wind Voucher from SUNHOUSE worth 200,000 VND.
- Vouchers are paid in the form of phone cards loaded directly into the customer's electronic warranty activation phone number.

7. Instructions for participating in the program

After purchasing a promotional product in the program, customers will find an IMEI sticker on the product. The IMEI code (also known as the Serial number) is a series of 14 numbers and letters, printed below the barcode on the sticker as illustrated below:

A valid IMEI number is one issued by SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company. After determining the IMEI number, customers can activate the electronic warranty via the website. https://baohanhdientu.sunhouse.com.vn/ or via SUNHOUSE Group's Zalo Official page. Detailed steps are as follows:
Method 1: Activate electronic warranty with IMEI stamp via website: https://baohanhdientu.sunhouse.com.vn/
Step 1: Visit Sunhouse's electronic warranty website: https://baohanhdientu.sunhouse.com.vn/
Step 2: The screen displays the tool boxes, click on the Activate warranty box .

Step 3: The screen displays electronic warranty activation information. Customer Fill in the following information completely and accurately to complete the activation process:
- Product model : Is the code number placed next to the product name.
  Example: Sunhouse Apex APF7676W 5-blade ceiling fan with light => Model: APF7676W
- Activation code : IMEI code is affixed directly on the product.
- Customer name : Please enter the correct full name according to CCCD/CMND to ensure authenticity.
- Customer phone number : Please enter the correct and active number because this is the only basis for Sunhouse to verify and proceed with the award.
- Address : Enter the buyer's address.
- Seller phone number: Enter the phone number of the seller/product distributor.

Step 4: After filling in all the information, click Activate to complete. Then a window will appear with a message that the warranty activation was successful within 1 second.

If the customer enters the wrong IMEI number or the IMEI number has already been registered, the screen will display the message "Warranty activation registration not recorded"

Method 2: Activate electronic warranty using IMEI stamp via SUNHOUSE Group's Zalo Official page.
Step 1: Customers access the Zalo application, on the search bar select SUNHOUSE Official.

Step 2: The screen displays the tool boxes, click on the Activate warranty box .

Step 3: The screen displays information about activating the electronic warranty. Customers continue to perform the next steps as in method 1 to successfully activate.

  8. Time and method of paying promotional gifts

- The reward payment period ends on June 30, 2025. For each valid warranty activation, a scratch card reward worth VND 200,000 will be directly loaded into the phone account associated with the customer's phone number that registered for electronic warranty, within 1-7 days from the time of successful activation and notification.

9. Other regulations

- Organizing promotional programs ensures fairness, transparency and objectivity.
- SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is allowed to use the name and image of the winning customer for commercial advertising purposes if approved by the winning customer.
- In case of any dispute related to this promotion program, SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is directly responsible for resolving it. In all cases, SUNHOUSE's decision is final.
