Chairman of Hoang Liet Ward Trade Union Tran Toan Thuong presented a political report at the Congress, stating that Hoang Liet Ward Trade Union currently has 36 grassroots trade unions with 3,844 union members. During the past time, there were no strikes or work stoppages in the ward. Labor safety and hygiene work was well implemented by agencies, units and enterprises.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", Hoang Liet Ward Union sets out a number of targets to strive for: Annually achieve and exceed the targets assigned by the City Labor Federation; 100% of union members with difficult circumstances in the ward are cared for and protected by the Union at all levels when requested. The ward union and grassroots unions in the area deploy information technology applications, digital transformation and limit the use of paper documents, striving for 100% of meeting documents to be digitized by the end of the term, 100% of meetings to be paperless; striving for over 80% of ward union officials to proficiently apply artificial intelligence applications and software (AI, Chat GPT) to perform and solve work...

Speaking at the Congress, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Liet Ward Nguyen Truong Son emphasized a number of tasks that the Ward Trade Union needs to focus on implementing well in the coming time. In particular, the Ward Trade Union needs to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking the grassroots as the main area of operation; not being rigid and administrative in its operations so that the Trade Union can truly be a source of trust, a solid support, attractive to workers, civil servants, and employees and gain the consensus and support of employers.

At the same time, actively perform the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; closely coordinate with the government to pay attention to the practical interests of union members, workers, civil servants, laborers and other social policies.

Comrade Nguyen Truong Son noted that the ward's Trade Union widely launched and well organized patriotic emulation movements and campaigns among workers and laborers; the trade union organization demonstrated its determination and focused on proposing the most effective solutions to make breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term to comprehensively transform trade union activities.

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and positions of Ward Trade Union officials for the first time, term 2025-2030, and announced the Decision to appoint official delegates to attend the 18th City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Tran Toan Thuong was appointed as Chairman of Hoang Liet Ward Trade Union.
