With experience in implementing self-service ground handling at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi since 2020, achieving IATA Ground Handling Safety Standard Certification (ISAGO) since 2024, Vietjet has prepared more than 1,000 personnel to serve the transfer work at Tan Son Nhat, in addition to investing in a system of ladders, trolleys, tow trucks, ground equipment... to serve flights smoothly.



The airline has also reviewed and updated the operational procedures, coordination between relevant departments at the airport, take-off and landing routes, baggage routes, etc. to suit the rapidly increasing passenger traffic, ensuring absolute safety for flights and passengers.


The facilities and aircraft with the two colors of red and yellow of the national flag covered the entire airport, bringing impressive images to the people and tourists coming to Ho Chi Minh City on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. To shorten the check-in time and avoid congestion at the terminals, Vietjet has also arranged additional staff to assist passengers with check-in procedures at the automatic check-in kiosks located at the airport...

Previously, Vietjet also pioneered the cooperation in deploying the application of identification, electronic authentication and biometric identification for check-in procedures through the VneID application developed by the Ministry of Public Security at the two largest airports in the country, Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat.
