Commercial sea crabs are tied with zip ties to ensure safety before being released into the lake.

Many children were taken by their parents to watch the Ca Mau crab catching competition.
When the referee gave the signal to start, the players quickly caught the crabs and put them in the basket. Then the team with the most crabs won.
In case 2 teams have the same number of crabs caught, the organizers will weigh the crabs to calculate the weight and award the prize.
Sea crab is one of the main industries of Ca Mau province. The above specialty species not only helps many farming households have a stable source of income but also helps them get rich. Ca Mau sea crab brings in thousands of billions of VND/year in revenue for the province.
