Within the framework of the 14th "Through the Viet Bac Heritage Sites" Tourism Program and the 2023 Thanh Tuyen Festival, last night, September 21, the Binh Thuan Tourism lantern boat participated in the rehearsal of the 2023 Thanh Tuyen Festival and paraded on the central streets of Tuyen Quang city.

Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Tuyen Quang city is brightly lit with 64 large lanterns of various colors and funny shapes. Thousands of locals and tourists have come to see, enjoy and "live virtually" next to the sparkling lanterns gathered along 3 roads around Nguyen Tat Thanh Square with familiar images of the childhood world during the Mid-Autumn Festival such as: dragon, carp, tiger, cat, rabbit, bird, phoenix, horse, elephant, chicken, lantern, star lantern, Cuoi, Hang, banyan tree, bronze drum, historical figures...

Participating for the first time in the Mid-Autumn Festival, which is considered unique and the largest in Vietnam, the Binh Thuan Tourism lantern with the image of Phan Thiet Water Tower placed on a boat associated with the sea profession of Binh Thuan fishermen cutting through the waves to go out to sea, in front is the brand identity line of the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence", behind is the image of Cuoi sitting in the middle of a beautiful moon with the words Thanh Tuyen Festival... creating a unique highlight in the space of brilliant lights of Thanh Tuyen Festival...

According to the Organizing Committee, the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2023 will have nearly 70 lanterns from groups, neighborhoods, wards and communes in Tuyen Quang city, agencies, units and enterprises in the province and some neighboring localities. The opening ceremony of the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2023 will officially take place on the evening of September 23 at the central stage of Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Tuyen Quang city.

Immediately after the opening ceremony is the Mid-Autumn Festival lantern procession along the central streets of Tuyen Quang city such as: 17/8 Street, Tan Trao Avenue, Quang Trung Street, Chien Thang Song Lo Street and ending at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square.
