(Dan Tri) - After going on more than 1,000 dates with guys in 8 years, a 38-year-old Australian girl wondered why she still hadn't found her dream lover.
Suzan Mutesi, 38 years old, currently living in Sydney, Australia, has gone on more than 1,000 dates in 8 years but has yet to find her soul mate.
"I spend most of my time on dating apps and want a fairytale ending. I want nothing more than to find the person I love and get married," Suzan confided.
The girl said that since she was 30 years old, she started to meet people on dates regularly. On average, she goes on dates at least 3 times a week. If she meets someone with potential, she will take the initiative to flirt.

Approaching her 40s, she believes that love is still waiting for her outside and that she cannot find it if she confines herself to her home in her pajamas.
Every time she goes out, she always prepares herself to look the most neat. Not liking to dress sloppily, Suzan always chooses gorgeous outfits and attractive makeup with the hope of finding the ideal lover.
"If I'm not going out on a date, I'm going out with friends. Conversations are usually about how my recent dates went," the Australian girl described.
Before going on thousands of dates, she had her first love while still a university student. Her first lover was a generous man in his 30s. He even gave Suzan a large sum of money and a car to get around.
However, the relationship ended after 4 years because both wanted to focus completely on their careers. At that time, she was 27 years old.
Not long after, she fell in love with someone else. But after only 3 years, they broke up because they realized that the other person was not the perfect half for each other. At the age of 30, Suzan started going on many dates.
Over the past 8 years, she admits that her journey to find a lover has not been easy. Her longest relationship only lasted about 3 months before breaking up. She also rejected many people because they were not compatible.
As soon as she sees something wrong with the other person, the girl will immediately break up by sending a text message.
"Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful time. I just wanted to let you know that things are not going well between us. It was nice meeting you." This is part of the "breakup letter" she sent to her boyfriends.
Explaining this, she said she didn't want to waste both of their time. Over the past decade, she has sometimes fallen into hellish dates.
It was a picnic in the park with a man who wanted to date. Then, he tried to chase away the ducks that were hanging around. As a result, he fell into the lake and could not swim back to shore.
Suzan had to help but ended up ruining her custom-made dress. This made her unhappy and decided to end the relationship.
During a date in 2021, she met a young man who she chatted with online and went on a date with. But he showed up with another girl on the date, implying that he was "a playboy". Annoyed by this, she refused to meet him again.
Another time in 2023, a man planned to cook her a romantic dinner. He wanted to show off his cooking skills by lighting a fire and tossing the pan. However, this action did not impress her and she did not want to take the next step.
"He was going to treat me to a starchy meal even though I was staying overnight. I ended it," she recalled.
With her experiences in love, Suzan recently recorded her entire journey in a book titled " Love after 30 ". She hopes that her journey to find love will inspire girls over 30 to soon meet the man of their dreams.
