Real estate stocks "shine", VN-Index surpasses 1,250 points

In this session, VIC shares had the most positive impact on the VN-Index with an increase of more than 2.73 points. In contrast, MBB shares were sold heavily and took away more than 0.42 points from the VN-Index.

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased compared to the previous session, reaching more than 15,439.34 billion VND.

Foreign investors net bought approximately VND905 billion on the HoSE. On the buying side, DXG shares were bought the most with a value of more than VND105 billion, followed by NLG (VND102 billion), GEX (VND101 billion), VIC (VND90 billion)... On the contrary, VRE was sold the most (VND78 billion), followed by VCB (VND58 billion), SSI (VND47 billion), CTD (VND31 billion)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.

Of which, VIC was the best-performing stock with an increase of 4.11% to VND73,400/share, followed by BVH increasing by 3.16% to VND49,000/share, GVR increasing by 2.26%, BCM increasing by 1.96%, VHM increasing by 1.81%, GAS increasing by 1.51% and LPB increasing by 1.42%.

Codes: SAB, SHB, SSB, TCB, TPB, VNM, VPB increased slightly.

Five codes stopped at reference, including: ACB, FPT, STB, VCB, VRE.

On the other hand, MSN decreased by 1.77%, HDB decreased by 1.41%, SSI decreased by 1.3%, MBB decreased by 1.27%, PLX decreased by 1.18%.

The remaining codes: BID, CTG, HPG, MWG, VIB, VJC decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, the steel group traded in green, accounting for the majority. Of which, HMC increased by 4.39% to VND11,900/share, DTL increased by 1.89%, NKG increased by 1.23%, HSG increased by 1.04%, SMC increased slightly. On the other hand, TLH decreased by 1.27%, HPG, VCA decreased slightly.

The group of securities stocks closed the session down 0.86%. Besides SSI mentioned above, VCI decreased by 1.62%, ORS decreased by 1.41%, CTS and VIX both decreased by 1.22%, FTS decreased by 1.18%, VDS decreased by 1.06%, BSI decreased by 1%, AGR, APG, HCM, TCI, TVB, VND decreased slightly. Banking stocks closed the session in light red, down 0.03%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB stopped at reference, MSB decreased slightly, OCB increased slightly, NAB decreased by 1.16%.

On the contrary, the real estate group traded most actively and closed the session up 2.41%. Besides VIC, BCM, VHM mentioned above, other stocks with strong increases included: NLG hit the ceiling price of VND30,700/share, DXG up 4.58%, DXS up 3.01%, HDC up 5.64%, KBC up 3.4%, KDH up 5.54%, NVL up 3.27%, NVT up 4.15%, PDR up 2.79%...

Other stock groups such as: energy increased by 4.71%, insurance increased by 1.21%, utilities increased by 1.04%, consumer goods and decoration increased by 1.54%, transportation, raw materials, means of production increased slightly, software stopped at reference.

On the other hand, the stock sectors: health care decreased by 2.12%, food, beverage and tobacco, distribution and retail of durable goods, and telecommunications decreased slightly.

* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated today, VNXALL-Index closed up 7.69 points (+0.38%), to 2,055.17 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 736.34 million units, equivalent to trading value reaching 16,842.50 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 219 stocks increasing in price, 80 stocks remaining unchanged and 165 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 213.41 points, up 0.52 points (+0.24%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 59.02 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND933,206 billion. The entire floor had 83 stocks increasing, 53 stocks remaining unchanged and 85 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 2.29 points (+0.55%) to 420.64 points. Trading volume reached about 34.24 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND694,889 billion. * At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 8.42 points (+0.68%) to 1,250.37 points. Liquidity reached over 761.91 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND17,198.71 billion. The entire floor had 187 stocks increasing, 55 stocks remaining unchanged and 132 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 5.14 points (+0.39%) to 1,324.8 points. Liquidity reached over 276.61 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND7,990.67 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were SHB (over 55.81 million units), NVL (over 41.04 million units), POW (over 25.02 million units), DXG (over 21.36 million units), TCB (over 13.69 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were HVH (6.99%), BSR (6.97%), NLG (6.97%), CSM (6.97%), VNE (6.93%).
