Digital transformation support solution package on Business Portal

This is an activity to promote the private economic sector to apply digital technology, improve competitiveness and sustainable development in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.

The conference was held in person and online with the participation of departments, agencies, associations, agencies, and organizations supporting businesses nationwide, technology enterprises, and more than 300 businesses, cooperatives, and business households.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Deputy Director of the Department of Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development, Ministry of Finance affirmed that this conference is not only about introducing support packages but also encouraging close cooperation between technology enterprises and small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, and business households, creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem.

“We believe that, with the leadership of technology enterprises and the support of the Department, the private economic sector will quickly catch up with the trend of digitalization, sustainable development and international integration, towards building a dynamic digital ecosystem,” said Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung.

Recognizing the importance of digital transformation and the role of technology enterprises, after organizing the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding with technology enterprises, the Ministry of Finance quickly coordinated with design companies to select solution packages to support businesses, which are introduced on the Information Page at: https://digitalpack.business.gov.vn/.

Through the Information Portal, the private economic sector will have access to policies and detailed incentive packages from technology enterprises that have signed agreements with the Department, thereby helping the private economic sector proactively choose one or more groups of solutions suitable for their business to register for use.

Preferential solution packages within the framework of the signing: MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation offers 6 months of free use for 1,000 businesses: MobiFone Invoice electronic invoice, MobiFone 1POS sales management solution, IMS input invoice management solution;

MISA Joint Stock Company offers 6 months free of charge for 2,500 businesses using the following solutions: MISA AMIS; MISA AMIS Digital Office, MISA Lending;

1C Vietnam Company supports up to 40% of the cost of using and deploying the Mini-ERP software solution 1C:Company Management or the packaged small and medium-sized enterprise management software 1C:Business Lite for 300 businesses with a total support budget of up to 6 billion VND;

FPT Company (including FPT Smart Cloud and FPT Digital): 50% discount on 24-month payment packages for the following solutions: Cloud backup/DR; Storage; Cloud server. 20% discount on consulting services provided by FPT.

According to Deputy Director of the Department for Private Enterprise and Collective Economic Development Nguyen Duc Trung, digital transformation is the key for the private economic sector, which contributes nearly 50% of GDP, to continue to be the growth engine of the economy.

“With the leadership of technology enterprises and support policies from the Ministry of Finance, we believe that the private economic sector will quickly catch up with the digitalization trend, improve operational efficiency and integrate internationally. I suggest that technology enterprises continue to pioneer, innovate and accompany; at the same time, encourage small and medium enterprises, business households and cooperatives to boldly take advantage of support policies and cooperate with technology enterprises to promote digital transformation,” Mr. Trung requested.
