Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style will forever be precious assets for our nation on the path of development. Forever, Uncle Ho will still march with us - He is still alive in every action, every victory of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland of Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style: The guiding light for the Vietnamese people
President Ho Chi Minh - a genius leader, a great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, is a brilliant embodiment of noble values.
Ho Chi Minh's ideology is the dialectical crystallization of Marxism-Leninism and the quintessence of national culture, selectively absorbing the progressive values of humanity. It is the burning desire for national independence and freedom, for a fair, democratic and civilized society.
The legacy of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is not only a priceless spiritual asset of the Party and the nation, but also has profound contemporary value. Increasing innovation momentum from university resources
President Ho Chi Minh pointed out during his lifetime: "Whether Vietnam's mountains and rivers become beautiful or not, whether the Vietnamese people can step up to the stage of glory to stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the five continents or not, depends largely on your studies."
The development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 as well as 5.0 has witnessed rapid and strong changes in information and communication technology, the emergence of the knowledge economy and important challenges such as big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence (AI) have clarified and set new requirements for higher education systems around the world. That leads to the need to shift to the startup university model with partnership cooperation between the Government, Industry and universities to enhance innovation momentum.
The 4-party ecosystem model (knowledge facilitator; knowledge provider; knowledge codifier; knowledge diffusion promoter) is expected to further motivate startup universities.
