Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia; Party Central Committee members who are leaders of central departments, ministries and branches and many authors who are artists and journalists at home and abroad.

This year’s award continues to affirm its strong and widespread influence on the spiritual life of people across the country. More than 1,500 qualified works were selected by the jury in the categories of literature, art, journalism, publishing, etc., demonstrating the deep interest and enthusiasm of many people, artists, journalists, intellectuals and international friends.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 A prizes, 56 B prizes, 99 C prizes and 102 Encouragement prizes for outstanding works in the creative category. The Organizing Committee also recognized outstanding contributions in promoting works and awarded collective prizes to 15 units in the cultural field; 10 units in the press field; 9 units in the publishing field; along with that, individual prizes were also awarded to 10 individuals in the cultural field and 5 individuals in the press field.
Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized: Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style are invaluable spiritual assets of our Party and nation; they are the compass that leads the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another - from the struggle for national liberation to the cause of building socialism, innovation and sustainable national development.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia said that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become an intrinsic need and a cultural beauty in social life. The award for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works is a creative and effective way to arouse and spread the spirit of "studying and following Uncle Ho" throughout society.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission expressed his emotion at the outstanding works participating in the contest from international friends, such as: The portrait of President Ho Chi Minh by a French artist, the exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh organized by the French History Museum... "That is a testament to the admiration and deep respect of friends from all over the world for the outstanding leader of the Vietnamese people", Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia affirmed.
Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested that Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units in the coming time continue to pay attention to and invest in the creation and promotion of works about Ho Chi Minh, promote the role of literature, art and journalism in reflecting the aspiration for national development, encouraging patriotism and solidarity, and arousing the nation's endogenous strength.
Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia also affirmed: Today's award is an opportunity to express gratitude and acknowledge the tireless efforts of artists, journalists, intellectuals, cadres, party members and people in the cause of spreading the values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology. This is also a reminder of the responsibility to continue and glorify the priceless cultural and spiritual heritage of President Ho Chi Minh in the new era of development of the country.
Authors and groups of authors won A prize
Category of literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", phase II, period 2021-2025
In the field of journalism, the A prize was awarded to the documentary Heritage from the Heart by the group of authors from Nghe An Province Radio and Television Station. This is a touching work, expressing the depth of thought and the continuation of the values of President Ho Chi Minh in today's life.
The film industry recognized the success of the documentary General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - A Loyal, Intellectual and Exemplary Leader produced by the People's Army Cinema - the work won the A prize.
In the field of architecture, the A prize was awarded to the Nu Village Reconstruction Project of 1+1>2 International Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company - a project that harmoniously combines community development and spreading Uncle Ho's thoughts in building new rural areas.
The fine arts major had two works that won A prizes, including: B52 Victory (welding + painting) by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, and In the Footsteps of Ho Chi Minh (oil painting) by artist Georg Esco – a Frenchman of Romanian origin. This is a vivid demonstration of Ho Chi Minh’s influence beyond national borders.
The music field awarded A prizes to two songs: We Love Uncle Ho Chi Minh by the Army Music and Dance Theater, and the song series Forever Ho Chi Minh, Portrait of Ho Chi Minh by the late People's Artist Ali Primera - a Venezuelan revolutionary.
The work “Hoa Hoa Tuyen” by the Vietnam Dance Artists Association won the A prize in the dance category, while the play “General Vo Nguyen Giap” by the Army Cheo Theater was honored in the theater category.
In the field of publishing, the A prize was awarded to the publication “From Viet Bac to Hanoi” – volume 3 in the book series “Non nuoc van dam” by author Nguyen The Ky, published by Literature Publishing House.
