At the same time, deploy online classes and courses, popularize digital knowledge on a suitable platform, easily accessible to all subjects combined with direct classes in localities, helping all people to easily access digital knowledge. Promote digital skills training programs for people, especially vulnerable groups, the elderly, and freelance workers so that they can apply technology to work and life.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui The Duy, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, commended the results that Hoa Binh province has achieved in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

For Hoa Binh province, the implementation of digital transformation is very important. In practice, the province is developing and implementing administrative unit mergers. Therefore, in the coming time, the province will continue to develop, with many work points.

This requires the application of digital transformation into life and production to keep up with the trend. The digital transformation movement is not something esoteric but very popular and very common in life.

However, science and technology are increasingly developing, requiring cadres, civil servants, public employees and people to learn and raise awareness to reduce labor, increase productivity and work efficiency, and avoid being scammed in a sophisticated way on the internet.
