According to the announcement of HOSE, HAI shares are currently subject to suspension of trading from September 9, 2022 because the listed organization continues to violate information disclosure regulations after being placed on the restricted trading list. To date, HAI shares will be subject to mandatory delisting as they have not yet published their audited financial statements for 2021 and 2022. HAI is a company belonging to the FLC "family" of former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet.
HAi shares of FLC family are forced to be delisted
On April 3, HOSE continued to send a document reminding HAI about the delay in announcing the 2022 audited financial statements (separate and consolidated) and to date the company has not yet announced them.
Thus, HAI continues to violate information disclosure regulations after being suspended from trading and has not yet corrected the violations in the recent past (has not yet published the 2021 audited financial statements, the 2022 semi-annual reviewed financial statements, and the 2022 annual report). The mandatory delisting of HAI shares is based on Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
In mid-March, HAI announced information about Ms. Dinh Thi Quynh Mai's resignation from the Board of Supervisors for personal reasons. Previously, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen also submitted her resignation in early January 2023 after many years holding important positions at the company. The Board of Directors of HAI will submit the dismissal to the General Meeting of Shareholders at the nearest meeting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the company's charter.
According to the announcement in mid-March, HAI is expected to hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, but the time and details have not been announced. HAI shares closed the last trading session on HOSE at VND1,580, down nearly 90% compared to the price at the beginning of 2022.
Before HAI, another FLC stock, ROS, was forced to be delisted from the HOSE. In addition, KLF, AMD, GAB, ART and FLC stocks are also suspended from trading. At present, there is no FLC stock allowed to be traded on the stock market.
As for FLC, after being officially delisted by HOSE, its shares were listed on UPCoM but were immediately suspended from trading.
