The Central Inspection Commission organized training on using the software "Operation Management Information System"

The conference was held in person at the Agency's Headquarters, connecting online with the bridge points of Department of Area V, Department of Area VII, Department of Area VIII in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho.

Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, delivered the opening speech at the training conference.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Agency, Member of the Steering Committee for digital transformation in party agencies, emphasized: Based on Plan No. 106-KH/VPTW, dated April 17, 2025 of the Central Party Office on the deployment of software for operational management information systems in party agencies, the Central Inspection Commission Agency has developed a plan to deploy the use of the software "Operation Management Information System" with the aim of enhancing the application of digital technology in directing, operating and processing work, implementing digital signatures, paperless meetings, and improving the working capacity of cadres and civil servants.

Comrade Hoang Trong Hung suggested that the training should ensure that cadres and civil servants have a firm grasp of how to operate and use the software in receiving, processing, and exchanging documents and materials. Immediately after the training, the software must be put into use in accordance with regulations, synchronously, and effectively throughout the Central Inspection Commission.

Training Conference Scene.

At the Conference, officials and civil servants of the Central Inspection Commission were instructed on how to use the software of the Operational Information System in Party agencies transferred by the Central Party Office. The team of experts from Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation answered questions and guided the officials and civil servants of the Agency on how to use the software directly on the computer.

Immediately after the training, starting from May 19, 2025, 100% of the Agency's leaders will process documents and digitally sign them on the software on the Internet (for non-confidential documents). The Document and Archives Department under the Agency's Office will receive and fully update incoming and outgoing documents (non-confidential) on the new Operational Information System software according to the correct procedures, ensuring timeliness and accuracy; when entering incoming documents, delegate authority so that all officers and civil servants of the agency can read legal documents, documents related to digital transformation, and professional instructions; issue electronic documents with digital signatures on the software according to regulations. Departments and units in the Agency will deploy the use of work processing software; update, send, and receive documents of the department and unit via the software; use the functions of assigning work, approving, signing, submitting for digital signature, and holding online meetings according to the training instructions.
