There are still 11 households in Tu Ky who have not agreed to the compensation plan for site clearance to build the extended Highway 396.

Many households whose land area was recovered to implement the Provincial Road 396 extension investment project have agreed on the compensation plan and received support money.

To implement the project, Tu Ky district must reclaim agricultural and non-agricultural land of 210 households in Lac Phuong and An Thanh communes with a total area of ​​14 hectares.

As of January 13, 194 households with agricultural land have received compensation and support. 5 households have signed and approved the compensation and support plan, and are waiting to receive the money. 11 households with non-agricultural land with a total area of ​​about 0.1 ha have not yet agreed with the compensation price for property and residential land.

The appraisal, approval of compensation and support plans and issuance of land recovery decisions are carried out by the Tu Ky District Land Clearance Council in accordance with the provisions of law.

The locality is actively mobilizing and propagating to households to hand over land soon so that the project can be implemented on schedule.

The project to invest in the construction of the extended Provincial Road 396 has a total investment of nearly 850 billion VND. The route has a total length of 7.61 km, connecting Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390 in Thanh Ha and Tu Ky districts.

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is the investor, and localities are responsible for site clearance.
