Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tinh, Director of Binh Minh Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education, said that after 12 years of establishment and development, the unit has always persistently accompanied "special" children with sharing and dedication.
"Established on August 5, 2013, the center carries the mission of building an inclusive, compassionate learning environment where each child is respected, understood and developed according to their own abilities. Up to now, there have been 4 facilities operating in Nam Dong Ha Ward, Quang Tri Ward, Vinh Linh Commune and Cua Viet Commune with a team of 60 dedicated staff, teachers and employees, constantly striving to bring about new "dawns" in the development journey of children," said Ms. Tinh.

The newly inaugurated facility has a construction investment cost of nearly 5.5 billion VND.

The new facility was built with a total cost of nearly 5.5 billion VND, on land licensed for use by the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province (old) in 2016.
After 12 years of establishment, from cramped rented houses with poor facilities, Binh Minh Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education has now developed 4 facilities in 4 localities in the province, becoming a "common home" for 220 children with autism spectrum disorder to study.
