Vinh Long: Dramatic national 'round field' motorcycle racing championship

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Long has just coordinated with the Vietnam Bicycle and Motor Sports Federation to organize the first National Championship Cup Motorcycle Race in 2025, stage 4, taking place on November 2 at Tra Vinh Stadium (Vinh Long province).

This year's tournament gathered 8 participating units: Can Tho, An Giang , Vinh Long, Ho Chi Minh City, Ca Mau, Tay Ninh, Da Nang and Lam Dong, with 65 athletes representing 40 clubs competing in 3 categories: YAZ 125cc; Sport 120cc and four-stroke 150cc.

The organizers added that the first National Championship Cup motorcycle race in 2025, stage 4, not only has professional significance but also contributes to promoting the image of people, culture and tourism of Vinh Long province to domestic and foreign friends - affirming the role of Vinh Long as a dynamic, friendly and unique destination.

After a day of exciting competition, the organizers awarded prizes for each category. In the YAZ 125cc category, athlete Nguyen Tuan Anh (Phuoc Tram Club - Phu Quoc) won first prize; Sport 120cc, athlete Dao Hong Trung (Phuoc Tram Club - Phu Quoc) won first prize and four-stroke 150cc, athlete Nguyen Hoang Tien (Giang Spark Club Can Tho) won first prize.
