According to the new schedule, the U22 Vietnam team will compete at Tinsulanon Stadium (Songkhla province, Thailand), instead of competing at 700th Anniversay Stadium (Chiang Mai) as in the old schedule.
In addition, instead of playing against the Laos U22 team on December 5 as previously scheduled, coach Kim Sang Sik's team will meet the team from the land of a million elephants one day earlier, on December 4.

The remaining match of the Vietnam U22 team in the group stage is against Malaysia U22, on December 11. Both matches start at 6:30 p.m.
If they reach the semi-finals and finals, the U22 Vietnam team will play at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok. The semi-finals and medal matches of the men's football event at the 33rd SEA Games will all take place at this stadium.
The Vietnam women's football team will compete in Chonburi. Coach Mai Duc Chung's team will be in the same group as Myanmar, Malaysia and the Philippines.

In the men's futsal event, the Vietnam men's futsal team will compete in Nonthaburi. We will compete in a round-robin format with teams from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar. The final round will take place on December 18.
In the women's futsal event, we are in the same group with Indonesia and Myanmar. The matches in this event will be played at Thonburi University in Bangkok. The women's futsal semi-finals will be held on December 16, while the final and bronze medal match will be held on December 18.
