The Central Mobile Police Regiment, Quang Tri Provincial Police and Hue City Police coordinated to clean up the area of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

As soon as the floodwaters began to recede on the afternoon of October 30, the units immediately mobilized all their forces and specialized vehicles, working side by side with local forces to clean up and handle environmental pollution at key locations. The key task was clearly identified as focusing on supporting cleaning and environmental treatment at heavily affected locations, including: Ho Chi Minh Museum, Huong River Theater, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Le Loi Street and other locations in the city.

At these locations, hundreds of officers and soldiers did not hesitate to get dirty and wade deep into the mud. The support force maximized the capacity of specialized vehicles. In particular, water tankers of the Fire Police force were continuously mobilized, using high-pressure hoses to spray and push back mud and waste, quickly returning clean ground to the roads and campuses.

Besides the support of machinery, the images of Mobile Police, Fire Police and other professional units diligently using hoes, shovels and brooms to collect fallen trees and clear sewers left a deep impression on the people.

The work was carried out urgently with the highest determination to soon bring people's lives back to stability and prevent disease outbreaks after the flood. The close cooperation, timely support, and focus on urgent tasks of the Central Mobile Police Regiment and Quang Tri Provincial Police have added strength to the government, armed forces and people of Hue city to quickly overcome the consequences.
