The beauty said that her daughter learned very quickly, and was excited and enthusiastic when her mother guided her to practice yoga. After a period of practicing with her mother, Tra Ngoc Hang's daughter was able to perform balancing movements even though she was not yet 5 years old.
"After each practice, I sweat a lot, my blood circulates better, making me feel healthy, my skin is rosy and I sleep much better. Sophia also loves yoga. There was a day when my mother and I finished practicing, she wanted to continue practicing and wouldn't stop," she excitedly said.
The model born in 1990 said that yoga does not discriminate against age, there are many forms and movements suitable for everyone. That is why both she and her daughter try to maintain their practice.

Every week, Tra Ngoc Hang spends 2 sessions, each session is 60 minutes to practice yoga. The 9X model said that thanks to regular practice, trying to do difficult movements together, the relationship between her and her daughter is also closer.

Tra Ngoc Hang said that when she was pregnant with her daughter, she faced a lot of pressure and even felt lonely because there was no one around. However, after many years, everything has "fallen into place". Currently, she is quite satisfied with her life with baby Sophia.
In addition to her work time, Tra Ngoc Hang spends a lot of time following her daughter's journey of growing up. She often goes for walks with her daughter, dresses in matching outfits, and takes pictures together. Tra Ngoc Hang also often takes her daughter to showbiz events.
The model said her child has a strong, independent personality like her mother. She loves active games and is always eager to learn.
"Since my baby was 1 year old, I have taught him to be independent. When he wakes up, I help him fold the blanket and pillow. Even though he can't do it, I pretend to tell him so he gets used to it. Thanks to that, when he grows up, he is very proactive in his own work," Tra Ngoc Hang shared.
The beauty from Ca Mau also revealed that her daughter is quite confident, often participating in cultural activities or being an MC at school. However, she does not intend to guide her child to pursue art but will support her child's goals and interests.
