Also at the 13th Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union on June 3, 2025, Party Central Committee member, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented 6 highlights of the results of the Union's work in the first 6 months of 2025, including content related to women's digital transformation activities, which is the implementation of the 2025 theme "Promoting the role of women in participating in Party building, a clean and strong political system, ready to enter a new era, an era of national growth" associated with the breakthrough "Innovation in the Union's operation methods, focusing on the application of Information Technology" implemented with many creative and effective solutions.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, the work of the Union in the first 6 months of 2025 took place in the context that the whole country is determined, urgent, creative, flexible and ensuring efficiency in performing well the tasks of arranging and streamlining the apparatus in the entire political system. The Vietnam Women's Union has seriously implemented the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the work of organizing the apparatus, especially Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, along with the Conclusions of the Politburo through reviewing and arranging the apparatus according to the Project on streamlining the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State; Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates; Decision No. 759/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister on approving the Project on rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level local government organization model.
The Central Committee of the Union promptly issued directives and guidelines for all levels of the Union in the context of administrative mergers and reorganization of the socio-political system towards being directly under the Fatherland Front. The establishment of the Central Committee of the Union directly under the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations is an important organizational milestone, demonstrating the initiative in adjusting the organization in line with the general orientation. At the same time, the Union fully implemented the policies according to Decree 177 and 178 and focused on the work of female cadres, carefully preparing for the Women's Congresses at all levels...
