The MV is a combination of Khanh Duong's poetry, People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao's music and Pham Tuan Anh's arrangement. Director Anh Quan staged the MV with real-life scenes at sacred places in Quang Tri such as Thach Han river wharf, Quang Tri ancient citadel, Hien Luong bridge, Truong Son martyrs cemetery... The MV's story tells the story of a veteran father taking his daughter back to the old battlefield, thereby rekindling memories and passing on history to today's generation.

Khanh Ly shared that as soon as she heard the song Con mai voi non song , she was drawn into the sacred emotions of the lyrics and the historical space. With more than 20 years of singing experience, she said that the most important factor is emotion, not technique: "I want young people to be able to feel the great sacrifices of the previous generation when listening to this song."

Notably, the work was filmed entirely in Quang Tri with nearly 20 crew members. Khanh Ly said that although it could have been filmed using special effects, she wanted to go there to truly express her gratitude, not just to make a musical product. She played the role of a daughter accompanying her father, touching each tombstone, each mossy brick... full of emotion. Director Anh Quan commented: "Khanh Ly's acting was effortless, very natural and genuine."

Forever with the country is not only a work of art but also a message to the younger generation: cherish the past, be grateful and live worthy of today's peace . After this MV, Khanh Ly said she will continue to carry out music projects about history and soldiers to spread patriotism and national pride.
