On the morning of June 27, candidates took the Literature exam - the first subject in the 2024 high school graduation exam.
To ensure the exam takes place safely and effectively, the police of the provinces have increased the number of officers at the exam sites to ensure security and order, and at the same time support and guide candidates and parents in traffic.
In Phu Tho province, the provincial examination council has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the support for candidates with special circumstances. Among them, there is a beautiful image that has been highly praised by the online community: a police officer of Thanh Thuy district carrying a disabled candidate into the examination room.
This beautiful act took place at the Trung Nghia High School exam site. The female student who received support was Nguyen Thi Hong L. (19 years old). She lost both legs in a traffic accident when she was in 10th grade.
Lieutenant Vu Manh Cuong, a police officer from Thanh Thuy district, was assigned to ensure security and order at the exam council of Trung Nghia High School (Dong Trung commune). He asked permission from the family and the female student to carry L. into the exam room and then carry her from the exam room to the car to go home.
At the exam site of Son Thinh High School, Yen Bai province, the Traffic Police Team, Van Chan District Police supported candidate Nguyen Tien A. (residing in Son Thinh Commune, Van Chan District) to get to the exam site by a specialized traffic police vehicle.
Because he had a stomachache the day before studying for the exam and didn't go to bed until 3am, candidate A. overslept. The union members at the base contacted the nearby traffic police team to help get the candidate to the exam site quickly and safely.
