Dien Bien police consecutively arrested two cases of illegal drug trafficking

Specifically, at 6:18 p.m. on May 19, in He Muong commune, Dien Bien district, Working Group No. 2 implemented Plan 1266 and coordinated with PC08 and PC04 to arrest Chang A Sung (born in 1995), residing in Huoi Quang 2 village, Ma Thi Ho commune, Muong Cha district, for illegal drug trafficking. The seized evidence included 3 heroin cakes.

Previously, at 10:15 p.m. on May 18, in Quang Lam commune, Muong Nhe district, PC04 Department presided over and coordinated with PA06, PC08, and the police of the communes of Quang Lam, Nam Vi, and Muong Nhe (Muong Nhe district) to successfully break up Project 525S, catching Thao A Sinh (born in 1988), residing in Huoi Cha 2 village, Nam Vi commune, Muong Nhe district, red-handed for illegally buying and selling 6 heroin cakes.

Authorities seized 6 heroin cakes from Thao A Sinh.

Currently, the Dien Bien Provincial Police Investigation Agency is coordinating with functional units to continue investigating and expanding the case.
