At the propaganda session, the representative of the Provincial Police introduced the basic content of the draft amendment to the Constitution, emphasizing the new points and the significance of collecting public opinions. Students were given detailed instructions on how to use VNeID to log in, access the comment section and send comments online safely and conveniently.
The propaganda session is part of the Plan of Quang Nam Provincial Police, aiming to promote people's mastery, shorten the time for collecting opinions, improve the effectiveness of State governance, make the process of giving opinions transparent and create favorable conditions for all classes of people to participate in building the Constitution.
Quang Nam Police continue to coordinate with units and localities to propagate and guide the use of VNeID for people to give comments until June 5, 2025.
