On July 28, Tran Phu Commune Police reported that they found Mr. Tran Kim Vui (born in 1960, residing in Truc Tri village, Tran Phu commune, Hai Phong city), who had been missing since July 25.
Specifically, the family lost contact with Mr. Vui on July 25. Mr. Vui had a history of Parkinson's disease, confusion and memory loss, so after searching and not being able to find him, the family was very worried. On July 26, Mr. Vui's family posted on social media, at the same time reporting, asking for help from Tran Phu Commune Police and the online community to find him.
On the evening of July 27, using professional measures, Tran Phu Commune Police in coordination with Hoang Que Ward Police found Mr. Vui in Hoang Que Ward. Thus, Mr. Vui had lost his way about 50 km, from his home to the place where he was found.
After verification, Tran Phu Commune Police and Hoang Que Ward Police contacted relatives and handed Mr. Vui over to his family safely.
Ms. Tran Thu Nga, Mr. Vui's daughter, on behalf of the family, sent deep thanks to the local authorities, Tran Phu Commune Police, Hoang Que Ward Police and the online community for joining hands to support the search.
From July 1st to now, Tran Phu Commune Police have promptly helped people find lost buffaloes after only 3 hours; assisted in retrieving mistakenly transferred money; coordinated with people who picked up lost money to return it to the owner... These practical actions have contributed to strengthening trust and creating peace of mind for the people, especially in the early stages after the merger and consolidation of the organizational apparatus.
